2012 Football Ticket Information
NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision Play-Off Tickets
Tickets are available for purchase for the Mustangs 2nd round
play-off game against Sam Houston State. The Mustangs will
travel to Huntsville, Texas on Saturday December 1st to take on the
Bearkats. Kick-off is scheduled for 1:00 PST.
Tickets are $15 apiece and all seating is general admission within
the Cal Poly seating block. Tickets can be purchased in
person at the Cal Poly Mustangs Athletic ticket office located at
the base of the Rec Center on the corner of South Perimeter and Via
Carta on campus. Purchases can also be made over the phone by
calling 866-GoStangs or 805-756-4TIX and choosing option
2.
Tickets for the game WILL NOT be mailed all orders must be picked
up in person at the Cal Poly Mustangs Athletic Ticket Office or at
Elliot T. Bowers Stadium on the day of the game. Cal Poly
will have a visiting team will call set-up at the stadium on the
day of the game.
All play-off orders will be charged a $5 processing fee on the
total order regardless of purchase method.

You can purchase Football Tickets at the Athletic Ticket Office, which in the Cal Poly Rec Center next to Poly Escapes. Tickets will be available for purchase 3 hour prior to game-time at the Alex G. Spanos Box Office on the day of the game.
Tickets can be purchased using Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
For Player and Coaches Guests/Media/Recruits, please use the entrance closest to the Spanos Stadium Box Office located at the north east corner of the facility.
Gates open 1 1/2 hours prior to kickoff.
Seating at football games is both reserved and general admission. All seating in Spanos Stadium for football games is reserved other than the student sections (103, 104, 105, 204, & 205) and the south endzone bleachers.
All Cal Poly Athletic venues offer disabled access seating for our patrons and their companion. Disabled access seating is available for purchase on-line, over the phone as well as in person both in advance and on the day of any home athletic contest.
Football seating offers both reserved and general admission disabled access seating. Reserved seating, using elevators, is located above sections 108, 111, and 114 or using ramps in front of sections 109 and 113. (Click Here to View Map) General Admission disabled access seating is located in the south endzone bleachers and is accessible by ramps located on both ends of the section.
Football disabled access seating are permanent seatbacks for companions and a disabled access space adjoining the setback. Folding chairs are available upon request from event staff if required by disabled patrons.
Cal Poly students who require disabled access seating may enter the stadium at any designated entrance with their group and be directed to the accessible seating in the south endzone.
General Admission Tickets
A limited number of south endzone general admission seats will be sold to all home games this year. These seats will be for the south endzone only (opposite the scoreboard) and are first come first served bleacher seats. These seats will be available for purchase starting on the first day individual game tickets are made available.
Parent and Family Weekend
Tickets for the Oct. 13 Parent and Family Weekend game vs. Northern
Colorado must be purchased through the Cal Poly Parent
Program. Registration is open until 9 a.m., Oct.1. Sign

General Admission south endzone seats or the visiting team section
can be purchased through the Mustangs Athletic Ticket Office over
the phone (756-4849) or in person at the box office on campus.
Alex G. Spanos Stadium
All football games are played at Alex G. Spanos Stadium, which is located off of California Boulevard.

Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are
unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a
game date or time changes.
