2012-2013 Cal Poly Ticketing General Information
ADMISSION
All persons (with the exception of children under the 2 years of
age) must have a ticket for the following Cal Poly Athletic events:
Football, Men’s & Women’s Soccer, Volleyball, Men's
and Women's Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball and Softball.
Non-Ticketed
Events
The following sports are non-tickets and free to the general
public: Men’s & Women’s Swimming & Diving,
Men’s & Women’s Cross Country, Men’s &
Women’s Track & Field, Men’s and Women’s
Tennis, and Men’s and Women’s Golf.
ORDERING TICKETS
1. Walk-up: A customer may purchase tickets at
the Ticket Office(s) at Cal Poly during regular office hours
(stated above), provided that the tickets for that sport are on
sale.
2. Mail*: A customer may place a ticket order
through the mail by completing a ticket order form, and returning
that form with their check or credit card information to the Cal
Poly Athletics Ticket Office.
3. Telephone*: A customer may place an order by
telephone through the Ticket Office with a Discover, MasterCard,
Visa, or American Express. The credit card will be charged
immediately and the tickets will be mailed to the customer ten days
prior to the event. If it is 10 days or less before the event, all
tickets will be held in WILL CALL.
4. Online**: A customer may place an order online

* All single-game phone, mail, & on-line ticket orders will
be assessed a $5.00/order processing fee.
** All season ticket orders will be assessed a $5.00/order
processing fee.
PAYMENT FOR
TICKETS
Cal Poly accepts cash, check, or credit card (Discover, MasterCard,
Visa, or American Express). There is a $25.00 charge for any
returned check.
For season ticket holders, payment must be received at the time of the order. Any check returned for insufficient funds places the ticket holder in jeopardy of losing their seat(s).
In order to provide the best service possible to all our customers, deadline dates on applications are very important. Customers who miss the deadline dates are subject to loss of seating assignments and tickets.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
WILL
CALL
WILL CALL is defined as tickets left by the Athletics Department,
tickets purchased via the mail or phone orders that were not
mailed, or tickets left by a third party. All orders placed within
10 business days of an event will be held in WILL CALL. Tickets
must be left under the name of the person who will pick up the
tickets. To pick up tickets at WILL CALL, all customers must show a
valid ID. If there is a need to change the WILL CALL name, the
customer must contact the ticket office prior to game day.
REPLACEMENT OF
TICKETS
Please handle tickets with care. The Cal Poly Athletics Department
is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Please
contact the Cal Poly Athletics Ticket Office to discuss the
replacement of tickets. There maybe a ticket fee assessed for all
tickets that need to be replaced.
ADDRESS
CHANGES
If there is a change of address or phone number, it is the owner's
responsibility to notify, in writing with the owner's signature,
the Cal Poly Athletics Ticket Office. Cal Poly is not and will not
be responsible for mail not received or returned due to an
incorrect address. The Athletics Ticket Office will review all
address changes.
REQUEST SEAT
CHANGE/UPGRADES
All seat upgrades or changes must be made in writing and mailed or
faxed to the ticket office. The notification can be a separate
letter or written on the season ticket invoice. Ticket requests
will be reviewed in the weeks following the renewal deadline.
DISABLED ACCESS SEATING
Please contact the Cal Poly Athletics Ticket Office at 805-756-4TIX or 1-866-Go-Stangs in advance to make special arrangements. Disabled access seating tickets are also available on-line for purchase or at the venue if tickets remain. General Admission sports (Men's & Women's Soccer, Women's Basketball, Wrestling, & Softball) do not require specific disabled access tickets. Seating at these events, including disabled access seating, is first come first served. Individuals that require disabled access seating are permitted one companion to seat with them in the designated sections.
GROUP DISCOUNTS
Group tickets for any home games can be purchased in advance.
Please call the ticket office at 805-756-4TIX or 1-866-Go-Stangs to
arrange a group outing. Group orders must be for 15 or more
individuals and completed including payment before the day of the
event. Group discount tickets are NOW available for purchase

STUDENT
TICKETS
Cal Poly students are eligible to receive a free ticket to all regular-season home athletic events with a valid Cal Poly ID. Students must show their student ID at the gate. Student tickets available on a first come first served basis with limited availabilty.
