Mustang Softball Series versus Cal State Northridge Revised

COMPLETE SERIES PREVIEW (pdf)

CAL POLY PRODUCES HISTORIC VICTORY AT FRESNO STATE

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Due to inclement weather on the central coast preceding the Cal Poly softball team's April 14-15 home series against Cal State Northridge, the Mustang program has been forced to revise the three-game set at Bob Janssen Field. Originally scheduled for a 12 noon doubleheader on Saturday, April 14 and a 12 noon single game on Sunday, the Mustangs and Matadors will instead open the series with a 4 p.m. single game on Saturday before contesting a 12 noon doubleheader on Sunday.

The Mustangs (9-25, 1-5) enter the series four games behind Big West Conference-leading UC Davis (15-22, 5-1), but trail sixth-place Cal State Northridge (7-29, 2-4) by just a single contest.
