Donovan Falls in Third Round of ITA All-American Championships October 7, 2015 Cal Poly junior Ben Donovan saw his ITA All-American Singles Championship run come to an end on Wednesday afternoon, as he fell to 70th-ranked Joao Monteiro of Virginia Tech in straight sets, 6-3 and 6-1 during the third round of the singles draw at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center. Donovan also paired with fellow junior Corey Pang to capture two victories during the doubles portion of the championship, but fell on Wednesday afternoon to the North Carolina tandem of Jack Murray and Ronnie Schneider in a tiebreaker, 6-3, 4-6, 1-0(5). Cal Poly’s Auproux and Pang Reach Battle in the Bay Doubles Semfinals September 21, 2015 Cal Poly men's tennis juniors Garrett Auproux and Corey Pang combined to reach the semifinal round during the doubles portion of the Battle in the Bay Classic hosted by the University of San Francisco at the California Tennis Club. Cal Poly Opens Fall Season in San Francisco at Battle in the Bay September 15, 2015 The Cal Poly men's tennis program begins its fall season when traveling north to take part in the annual Battle in the Bay Classic hosted by the University of San Francisco at the California Tennis Club.
