Mustang Men’s Basketball Adds Frontcourt, Backcourt Depth for 2017-18 April 13, 2017 The Cal Poly men's basketball program added depth to both its frontcourt and backcourt with the Thursday announcement from eighth-year head coach Joe Callero and the Mustang Athletics Department that 6-9 forward Karlis Gāroza (Saldus, Latvia) and 6-0 point guard Iziah James (Chesapeake, Va.) have each signed National Letters of Intent to join the program for the 2017-18 season.
