Tyerman Claims Cross Country Athlete of the Week

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Sophomore Kayleigh Tyerman has claimed this year’s first Big West Conference Female Cross Country Athlete of the Week after winning the UCSB Lagoon Open on Saturday. Tyerman won the race in leading the Mustangs to a 27-30 win over UCSB when she covered the five kilometer course in a time of 17:07.
