    SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Former Cal Poly thrower Aris Borjas finished 10th among 12 competitors in the men’s javelin final Sunday afternoon, the final day of the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.     SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Cal Poly senior Sharon Day has become the ninth Mustang track and field athlete to qualify for the Olympic Games.     San Luis Obispo, CA – Incoming Cal Poly swimmer Nick Chasen posted a mark of 57.70 in the second day of competition at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Neb. Chasen improved on his qualifying time of 57.77 set last week in Fresno. Chasen posted the 65th fastest time in the 11 qualifying heats.
